Formerly Ruben’s Cubans, now El Jefe Café, where we honor Cuban cuisine while adding our own twists. Beginning the day at 6:30, we offer an array of breakfast offerings including but not limited to Café Con Leche & Cuban Toast, Healthy Avocado Cheese Toast, or our Breakfast Sandwiches like Egg, Cheese, & Chorizo on Media Noche Sweet Bread. And for lunch enjoy classic dishes like Ropa Vieja, Picadillo, and Roast Pork.  Or experience our unique homemade offerings like Tampa Bay’s Finest Cuban, Deviled Crabs & Empanadas.  Our menus merge time-honored recipes with fresh ideas for an experience that respects the past and delights in the present.
